How To Use:
- Start kneeling on your knee pad on the floor and place the Ab Roller in front of you
- Place your hands on the handles on either side of the wheel and extend your arms straight down in front of you. This is the starting position
- Slowly roll the Ab Roller forward until your arms and shoulders are fully extended in front of you
- Return to the starting position by rolling the Ab Roller back towards your knees
- Repeat for 10 to 15 repetitions
- As you get stronger, increase the number of repetitions or roll the Ab Roller further to increase the challenge
